After retiring in 2015, my 30 years of experience in public education included 20 years as an Educational Diagnostician and 10 years as a teacher for PPCD (Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities), special education resource classes, and general education classes.  I have a passion for empowering each student to reach his or her maximum potential and know that an appropriate educational plan is imperative for students with learning differences.

As an Educational Consultant, I am available to assist parents and to advocate for their child. Services include record review, parent and school consultations, as well as assisting parents with plan implementation.

I received my B.S. in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from Baylor University in Waco, TX.  I completed my Masters in Special Education with an Educational Diagnostician certification at Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX.  I am a Registered Professional Education Diagnostician.
